This program is an excellent experience for both the gourmet and ordinary eater. You will have a chance to learn and practice to prepare Vietnamese Royal foods. You may do the same thing at home. This tour is available all year round

      Day 1: Arrvival Hue

Arrive in Hue and meet at Phu Bai Airport. Transfer downtown for check-in at Huong Giang Hotel. Welcome meeting with renowned chefs from Huong Giang Hotel and other chefs from the best restaurants in Hue. Afternoon a general lecture about Hue cuisine is followed by getting familiar with local foods. After dinner, enjoy Hue folk music. Overnight in Hue.

Day 2: Hue

After breakfast, take a boat trip to visit Linh Mu Pagoda, Hon Chen Temple and Minh Mang Tomb. Afternoon joint with Huong Giang Hotel�s chef to prepare dinner. Dinner will be royal court with the foods prepared by participants. Overnight in Hue.

Day 3: Hue

Moning visit to Hue Imperial Citadel and Tomb of Tu Duc Emperor. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon prepare the evening vegetarian dinner under supervision of Y Thao Garden Restaurant's chef. Dinner will be the food prepared by the participants.Overnight in Hue.

Day 4: Hue - Departure

Free at leisure or go shopping until time to transfer to the airport for your next departure. End of the tour.
