Day 3: Summit day
After
breakfast we will continue uphill and after a couple of hours walk we
reach a ridge (2,900 m) from where there is a nice view of Sapa and
Fansipan. From here it is downhill to the camp at 2,600 m. We leave
some of the porters to prepare the camp and continue up on trails
through dense bamboo forest and small bushes. Suddenly we arrive to the
top of Fansipan (3,143 m). If the weather is clear you can see all the
way to China in the North and West and Lao in the South. The view is
fantastic. From here it is straight back down to camp. (B, L,D).
Day 4: SapaToday we will walk the same way back as we came up the mountain and will arrive in Sapa in the afternoon. ( B).
