Day one: Hanoi - Cuc Phuong National park
Leave from the national park to the ranger station, school, go through villages and cross a river on a traditional bamboo bridge.

Lunch, dinner and stay overnight by tent will be provided by the park guide. In the evening you, the national park guide and a local person will re-enter the now pitch black forest and, using a spotting lamp, go in search of the forest's numerous nocturnal creatures, which include civets, owls, flying squirrels, lorises, bats and cats.
