Tour: Ha Noi – Mai Chau – Cat Ba - Ha Lo...


DAY 1: HANOI – ARRIVAL

Welcome you at Noi Bai International Airport of Ha Noi capital. On the way to the downtown, we see the views of farmers working in the rice fields and villages in the authentic suburb of Hanoi. Relax at your comfortable hotel. Get on a cyclo for touring around the animated Old Quarter and Restored Sword Lake with Ngoc Son Temple in between considered the heart of Hanoi. We enjoy our welcome dinner with Vietnamese typical foods. See a Vietnam famous traditional art : Water - Puppet Show in the evening. Night in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – MAICHAU

Visit the peaceful capital decorated by tree lines along streets. Joint the stream of people to visit the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh and his wooden house in a respect manner towards the greatest leader of the country. Visit the Van Mieu Temple ( Temple of Literature ) – The first university of Vietnam built in 11 th century.
Drive to Mai Chau – the land of the White Thai people. The view along this road is full of picturesque landscapes with grassy fields, herds of water buffaloes, endless farms of plum and peach tree under the valleys of limestone mountain ranges. Enjoy our dinner with Can wine - precious wine of the local people. ( Optional : Enjoy special traditional music and dancing show by White Thai people). Overnight on house-on-stilts in the LAC village ( with basic condition of bed room).

DAY 3: MAICHAU – HOABINH – HANOI

We visit home of the White Thai people in the village. Leave Maichau for Hoa Binh town. Visit majestic hydro-electric Power Plant in Hoa Binh town which produces great part of electricity for the country. Drive back to Hanoi capital , left behind you deeply memory on the land and people of the Northen West Vietnam. Night in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI - HALONG BAY – CATBA ISLAND

Drive to Halong Bay – one of Wonder of the World locating 170 km in the North East of Hanoi. Along the road we indulge in the peaceful views of the countryside with farmers and buffaloes working in the endless rice fields and orchards. Boat trip on Halong Bay to admire the beautiful landscape of the immense bay.
Our boat goes passby charming islands with extraordinary shapes of animals. Stop to  visit  THIEN CUNG  natural cave with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites – Perhaps the most beautiful cave within hundred ones in the bay. Lunch on the boat with fresh seafood. You are in a wonderful day with the feeling that you are a tiny part of the nature and are getting in touch with the sea, the cloud and the mountain.  Late in the afternoon, we land up Catba – the biggest islands in the south of Halong bay. Rest of the day you relax at your hotel beach. Night in Cat Ba Island.

DAY 5: CATBA – HAIPHONG - HANOI

Get on a motorbike to visit Cat Ba National Park and Trung Trang grottoes. Bathing at Cat Co Beach. Fresh sea – food barbecue lunch in the beach.. Get hydrofoil to HaiPhong City. Visit its famous Du Hang pagoda and Trang Kenh carpet enterprise. Drive back to Hanoi. Dinner and night in Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI – DEPATURE

Shopping. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for departure.

The above prices include:
- Hotel accommodations in twin or double sharing

* The prices are based on twin-sharing room, any person who wants to stay in single room must pay single room surcharge as indicated in the tariff (except for group 1 person, single room charge already included).

* In Vietnam now, it is difficult to book rooms at 4 star and 5 star hotel in the big cities in the peak-season period of tourism ( from October to February next year). So if we do not book rooms long time in advance- around 6 months in advance, hotels often request an extra charge from the normal price ( contracted price) before confirm our room- booking.
