3 Days Cycling in the Mekong Delta
DAY 1: SAIGON- CAN THO
On
the first day drive Southwest to Cai Be from Saigon. Begin biking into
the heart of the rural Mekong Delta along dirty tracks and trails. This
biking is at its most glorious. A great experience to witness colorful
life along the riverside and overnight in a local simple house.DAY 2: CAN THO
Biking to explore city’s heart,
then onward to visit Cai Son canal, a pagoda. A great chance to stop at
local ancient house and nearby temple
The ride will mostly be cycling along back country roads and canals with a few ferry and sampan crossings. However, you still can see sometimes floating markets, and absorb the sight of endless cottage industries. A sampan to explore the floating market is a reward.
DAY 3: CAN THO-SAIGON
After breakfast, relax yourself for the morning and afternoon a car ride to transfer you back to Saigon
