GASTRONOMY TOUR IN NORTH

Day 1: Arrival in Ha Noi (-/L/-)
AM: Pick you up at Noi Bai Int'l Airport then transfer Ha Noi City center, Vietnam's capital city, boast street-lined streets and centuries-old temples.
PM: Sightseeing tour features both cultural and historical highlights, comprising the Temple of Literature, the Ethnology Museum, and the old quarters by cyclo ride (1 hour) and enjoy water puppet show.

Day 2: Excursion to Ninh Binh (B/L/-)
AM: Join a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh to visit the Dinh and Le Dynasty Temples in Hoa Lu, an ancient capital of Vietnam (968 - 1009).
PM: Take a sampan ride to Tam Coc, known as Vietnam's "inland Ha Long Bay" and Bich Dong Cave Pagodas dating from the 17th century. Transfer to Ha Noi.

Day 3: Cooking practice - Excursion to Ha Long (B/L/-)
AM: Set off to a local market where season fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices are introduced. Go to the class to join the introduction to the different Vietnamese cooking styles by the Vietnamese Chef with an explanation of the dishes that will be prepared then create the dishes together and enjoy the self-prepared lunch.
PM: Leave for Ha Long, a World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO in1994.

Day 4: Ha Long - Ha Noi (B/L/-)
AM: Cruise in Ha Long Bay to visit some magical grottoes and relax in the best scenic beauty of Vietnam. Lunch of fresh seafood is served on board while exploring the bay.
PM: Return to Ha Noi with stopover at ceramic and hand embroidery workshops en route.

Day 5: Ha Noi - Departure (B/-/-)
AM: Free at leisure before transfer to Noi Bai Int'l Airport for departure.
