DAY 01ARRIVAL –

On arrival at

Airport , you are met and transferred to local restaurant for lunch. cyclo tour around
Hoan
Kiem
Lake ,
Ngoc
Son
Temple and Old Quarters. After tour, proceed to hotel for check in.
Evening, dinner at local restaurant. Water puppet show. Overnight at
preferred hotel in
Hanoi .
DAY 02HANOI –
HALONG
BAY (B,L,D)
American
breakfast at hotel. Today we enjoy a half day city tour starting with
the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation’s
founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s
house on stilts. The complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda,
whose origins date back to the foundation of
Hanoi . We follow this with a trip to the
Temple of
Literature , well known as Vietnam’s first university before we depart for
Halong
Bay through the scenic countryside.
Along the way we make stop over at Dong Trieu pottery village to
observe many craft man at work. Overnight at hotel in
Halong
Bay .
DAY 03
HALONG
BAY –
HANOI – LAO CAI(B,L,D)
American breakfast at hotel. The wondrous
Halong
Bay is truly one of
Vietnam ’s most impressive scenic sights. Heading out of the town we embark on a boat for an exploration of the legendary
Halong
Bay . This exciting five hour cruise
will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending
with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the
clear and emerald water. Along the way we will anchor for a leisurely
swim in a secluded cove and an enjoyable visit to one of the many
hidden grottoes beneath towering cliffs. After a seafood lunch on board
we return to Ha Noi. Everning transfer to
Hanoi train station. Overnight trip to Lao Cai
in sharing comfortable sleeping compartments (lower & upper berth
per compartment) – Train departs approx.21:30h.
DAY 04LAO CAI – SAPA(B,L,D)
Early morning ( approx. 05:30
) Departure to Coc Ly ( 3 hrs readtrip). Arrival Coc Ly village, visit
Dzao and flower H’mong village to contact with ethnic people to explore
their custom, picnic lunch at Chay River. Continue boat trip to Bao
Nhai. Enjoying the mountain scenery on the way. Stop – over at Trung do
to meet
Tay people with their traditional customes.
Transfer to Sapa. Overnight at hotel in Sapa.
DAY 05SAPA -
HANOI (B,L,D)
After breakfast at hotel, we enjoy the beautiful landscape and visit the bustling Sa Pa Market where the Red Dao, Black Hmong,
Tay and Xa Pho ethnic minorities converge from
the nearby mountainsides and valleys to trade their goods and buy
provisions. Afternoon, we take a short drive to Cat Cat Village of the
Hmong People, then take a light trekking around, share their daily
lives for a rate glimpse into their culture and customs. Transfer to
station where you will board the night train to
Hanoi at 21:15.
DAY 06IN HANOI-Ninh Binh (B,L,D)
The train will arrive
Hanoi at around 4:30.
Meet and transfer to your breakfast at restaurant. After breakfast,
drive to Tam Coc, often called " Dry Ha Long Bay". Limestone karsts
rise from rice fields and winding streams. Enjoy the spectacular
scenery during leisurely boat ride in traditional local sampans padding
through three caves( Tam Coc in Vietnamese ). After lunch, proceed to
Hoa Lu to visit
Temples of the Dinh and Le Dynastie. Return to
Hanoi for dinner and check in hotel. Overnight at hotel in
Hanoi
DAY 07HANOI – DEPARTURE (B)
American breakfast at hotel. Free until check out and transfer to airport for departure.
