DAY 1: HOCHIMINHCITY - ARRIVAL  

Welcome you at Tan Son Nhat international airport ( HCMC). Before getting to hotel, we go around the city center to view some typical buildings with French constructive style : Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall. Dinner on a floating restaurant which cruises along Sai Gon river. Night in HCMC
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DAY 2: HOCHIMINH CITY- CU CHI TUNNELS  We visit the most typical places in the city: Reunification Palace, War Museum, China town, Thien Hau Temple. Visit Tay Son Lacquerware enterprise to see the artists producing their masterpieces. In the afternoon, drive to visit unbelievable Cu Chi Underground tunnel - The most famous battle field in Viet Nam war. Night in HCMC.

 

DAY 3: HCMC – DANANG – HOI AN

  Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Danang city. Visit Cham Museum to see the stone collection of the Champa kingdom’s history and culture. Drive to Hoi An ancient town – The most Bustling International Port at the end of 17th century. It is well reserved until now and is a UNESCO world heritage. On the way to Hoi An we stop to visit Marble Mountain, and Non Nuoc ( China ) Beach. Arrive Hoi An We see the Phuc Kien Chinese Temple, Tan Ky old house which its constructive style had been mixed of VietnamChina and Japan. Visit Chua Cau with a small pagoda built on a bridge. Night in Hoian town. ,

 

Day 4 : HOIAN- DANANG – HUE

 Transfer to Hue Old Capital to see a heritage of the world. To reach Hue, we need to drive up and down the meandering road of 30 km-long Hai Van mountain pass with such striking views of sea, mountains and clouds. Perhaps this is the most beautiful part of Vietnam mainland. Boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Royal Pagoda and Imperial Citadel of the Nguyen Dynasty. We see the way one produces the conical hat and bronze-casting articles when our boat stop on a small village at the river bank. Night in Hue .

 

Day 5 : HUE – HANOI

  

We visit Mausoleums of King Tu Duc and Khai Dinh, then shopping at Dong Ba market. Transfer to Phu Bai airport to catch a flight to Noi Bai international air port of Hanoi Capital. We drive to the downtown by passing the rice and corn fields of the capital’s suburb before checking in your comfortable hotel. Go round the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake on a cyclo like a Lord to view the most exciting part of Hanoi. Enjoy Water – Puppet show – Vietnamese typical traditional art – in the evening. Night in Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI - HALONG BAY

 You do a touring around HoChiMinh Mausoleum(Closed on Monday and Friday of every week, and closed from 1.Oct to 05.Dec of every year), HoChiMinh’s House-on-stilts, HoChiMinh Museum, One-pillar Pagoda and Van Mieu ( the Temple of Literature)- the first university in Vietnam from 11 th century. We drive to Halong Bay in the afternoon, through the striking scenery of a great rice basket in Vietnam. Night in Halong city.

 

DAY 7 : HALONG - HANOI BAY

Early morning we view the sunrise at the immense bay of Halong – one of the famous world heritage. Do a tour by boat on the bay to admire the beautiful islands with the extraordinary shapes evoking all kinds of animal : fighting cork, turtle, toad, monkey….We stop to visit the most beautiful Thien Cung caves in the center of an island. Lunch on the boat with fresh seafood. On the way back to Hanoi, we see a handicraft enterprise producing sourvenir gifts by handicapped peoples at Hai Duong town. Night in Hanoi.

 

DAY 8 : HANOI – NINH BINH

 Today we go to Ninh Binh town, 110 km to the south of Hanoi, to visit unspoiled villages and immense rice fields in the center of the Red river’s Delta – the biggest rice basket in the North Vietnam. Get on a small boat along the small canal in the rice field to visit Tam considered as “Halong on land”. Visit and relics of Hoa Lu ancient Kingdom (Dinh dynasty in 10th century). Farewell dinner and overnight in Hanoi. Bich Dong Temple Bay Coc Caves

DAY 9 : - DEPARTURE
Transfer to Noi Bai airport for departure.HANOI

* In Vietnam now, it is difficult to book rooms at 4 star and 5 star hotel in the big cities . So if we do not book rooms long time in advance- around 6 months in advance, hotels often request an extra charge from the normal price ( contracted price) before confirm our room- booking.
