Lao cai - Bac Ha -Coc Ly Homestay

Located 38km from Lao Cai City, Sapa is a mountainous district of Lao Cai Province. Sapa District is very well-known with Sapa Townlet, a beautiful and romantic resort.
At the height of 1,600m above sea level, the average temperature of the area is 15-18°C. It is cool in summer and cold in winter.

Bac Ha Sunday Market - Some 100km (62 miles) from Sapa, this is probably the most famous market in the region and more along the lines of what Sapa was once like. Here, various hill tribes converge every Sunday morning to conduct commerce. As a visitor, you're certainly part of the trade here because folks are keen to sell you their wares.

CocLy, the market with all it's colourful ethnic people such as Flower Hmong, Phu La and Dao Tuyen who gathers to buy and sell.

Night 1- Saturday: Hanoi - Lao cai

Vietnam TripAdvisor’s car pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi train station for the night train at 8:40pm to Lao Cai station.Sleep on the train soft sleeper with AC.


Day 1 - Sunday: Lao Cai - Bac Ha (B, L, D)  

 After breakfast, drive to Bac Ha. Join in Bac Ha hill-tribe market and discover the daily life of Flower H'Mong, Red dzao people. After lunch, trekking about 5 km of mountain path to Ban Pho Village - home of Flower H'Mong people. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in a hotel Bac Ha Town (Hotel 2* only)Meals:Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner


Day 2 - Monday: Bac Ha  - whole day trekking and homestay (B, L, D)

After breakfast, trekking 10 km with lots of terrace fields, waterfalls and having a chance to witness how hard works are the hill tribes people.  Picnic lunch and continue walking towards to Nam Thang village, home of Nung Hill Tribe. Get in touch with a Nung, get knowing the traditional life style, habits and customs. (Luggage, food will be carried along by local porters and horses).Homestay in a Nung House.Meals:Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner.


 Day 3 - Tuesday: Bac Ha - Coc Ly - Lao Cai (B, L, D)  

After breakfast, take a car to Coc Ly and join in Coc Ly hill-tribe market. Boat trip on Chay River to Bao Nhai - visit hill-tribe villages of Nung, H'Mong, and Zdao people on the way. Picnic lunch then take a car to Lao Cai train station. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight on train back to Hanoi.

Day 4-Wednesday: Hanoi arrive

Getting back to Hanoi from Sapa trip so early at around 5am.Private car pick up from Hanoi train station to your hotel in the centre of Hanoi.Finish tour.
