TREKKING TOUR
This program is a good chance for trekking. Travellers are able to discover diversified cultures of ethnic groups in Mai Chau, Hoa Binh and Sapa. This seventeen day program also reveals the very best of Vietnam, from the cool mountainous North through the Historic Center and on to the tropical South. Along the way hike the Central Highlands, explore the history of Ha Noi and the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City before ending your journey.Day 1: Arrival Ha Noi
Arrive in Ha Noi and meet at Noi Bai
International Airport. Transfer to downtown for hotel check-in. Half day
Ha Noi city tour to visit President Mausoleum from outside, One-Pillar
Pagoda, Van Mieu (Literture Temple) and Ho Guom (Sword Lake). Evening
free to visit Ha Noi Ancient Square. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 2: Ha Noi -
Mai Chau - Hoa Binh 
Morning driver to Mai Chau. On arrival,
trekking to visit the traditional village of Thai minority people and
Mai Chau scenic valley. Return to Hoa Binh. Evening enjoy a traditionall
folk music show. Overnight in Hoa Binh.
Day 3: Hoa Binh - Ninh Binh
Morning a continuation trekking to visit
Muong and Dao ethnic minorities in Cho Bo then transfer to Hoa Lu.
Sightseeing of Hoa Lu, ancient capital of Vietnam with the Dinh and Le
Temples. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 4: Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Bich Dong - Hai Phong
Transfer to Tam Coc for boat excursion
through 3 caves in the quiet and peaceful landscape. Overland to Hai
Phong via Red River Delta. Overnight in Hai Phong.
Day 5: Hai Phong - Ha Long - Ha Noi - Lao Cai
Drive to Ha Long. Take a sailing boat for
four-hour trip around Ha Long Bay to see the most beautifull landscapes
of Ha Long Bay with visiting some caves and grottoes. Seafood lunch on
boat. Afternoon return back to Ha Noi. Take a train to Lao Cai.
Overnight on train.
Day 6: Lao Cai - Sa Pa
Upon arrival in Lao Cai railway station,
transfer to hotel. Trekking to H�mong hill tribe village of Cat Cat, go
on to Ta Pin village of Dao ethnic minority. Overnight in Sa pa.
Day 7: Sa Pa
Continuation Sapa city tour with Bac
waterfall, Thuy Dien power station. Afternoon visit to the market where
Red Dao, H�mong and other hill tribes from surrounding countryside sell
their embroideries, silverwares, handicrafts and so on. Overnight in Sa
Pa.
Day 8: Sa Pa - Ha Noi
Free at leisure until transfer to Lao Cai
railway station to take the night train to Ha Noi. Overnight on train.
Day 9: Ha Noi -
Hue 
Free at leisure until transfer to Noi Bai
International Airport to get in flight to Hue. Drive to hotel. Afternoon
visit Hue Citadel, Trang Tien Bridge and Dong Ba Market. Drive back for
dinner and folk music on Perfume River. Overnight in Hue.
Day 10: Hue
After breakfast, take an excursion by boat
on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, Hon Chen Temple and Minh Mang
Tomb. Drive back for lunch. A continuation to visit Tu Duc Tomb and Khai
Dinh Tomb by car. Enjoying Hue lantern dinner (imperial dinner with
royal costumes) is optional. Overnight in Hue.
Day 11: Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An
Road to Da Nang. On the way stop for
sightseeing in Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach. On arrival in Da Nang,
visit Cham Museum and Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountains). Transfer to Hoi
An. 
Walk around to
visit Hoi An ancient town with nice quiet streets, old houses and a quay
existing until now. Hoi An is a picturesque riverside town south of Da
Nang. Known as Faifo to early western traders, it was one of South East
Asia's major international ports during the 17th, 18th and 19th
centuries. You can visit Quan Cong Temple, Phuoc Kien Pagoda, Japanese
Covered Bridge...Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 12: Hoi An - Da Nang - Nha Trang
Breakfast at hotel, return to Da Nang. Get
in flight to Nha Trang, a romantic seaside resort with fine beaches,
clear water and a colourful marine life. Free time for sea bathing.
Dinner and overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 13: Nha Trang
Take bus for excursion to Ponargar Cham
Tower located on top of the low marble mountain that was formerly
surrounded by the sea, visit Hon Chong (Chong Islet) and Long Son
Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Nha Trang. Take boat to visit Tri Nguyen
Aquarium, Tam Island and fishing village. Lunch with seafood on board.
Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 14: Nha Trang - Da Lat
Drive to Da Lat, known as �city of love� at
the altitude of 1,500m above sea-level. Visit to Damb�ri Waterfall on
the way. 
Lunch at local
restaurant in Bao Loc. Visit coffee and tea plantations. Transfer to
hotel. Free and overnight in Da Lat.
Day 15: Da Lat
Full day Da Lat city tour to visit Summer
Palace of King Bao Dai (the last Emperor of Vietnam), Valley of Love,
Flower Garden, Linh Son Pagoda, Pongour Waterfalls and Tuyen Lam Lake.
Overnight in Da Lat.
Day 16: Da Lat -
Ho Chi Minh City 
Drive to Ho Chi Minh City. Transfer to
hotel. Afternoon half day city tour to visit Historical Museum, War
Museum, Thien Hau Pagoda, Binh Tay Market in China Town. Dinner on boat
along Saigon river and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 17: Ho Chi Minh - Departure
Free at leisure or go shopping until departure time.
