| Leave
Ha Noi to Hoa Binh, it is a mountainous province and located in the
northwestern of Viet Nam. Have a short stop for visiting ethnic
minority villages where Black Thai, White Thai, H’Mong people live.
Continue to drive to Son La, in South of Son La is contiguous to Laos,
there is a 250-km-long public border of Viet Nam and Laos. O/N in Son La. |

| Leave
Son la to Dien Bien Phu, it is a small town of Dien Bien Province, lies
in Muong Thanh valley. On the way, you have to pass the top of the Pha
Din pass with about 32km long, at the height of about 1,000m. So Pha
Din means the earth and sky in the language of Thai ethnic group.
Arrive in Dien Bien Phu province where happened the famous battle in
Dien Bien Basin in 1954, fought between Viet Minh (led by Ho Chi Minh)
and France (led by General Navarre) O/N in Dien Bien Phu. |

| After
breakfast at hotel, visit Muong Thanh valley, this famous fields
perished more than three thousand French soldiers, you will have a

| Day 05 | : | Paso - Lai Chau - Tam Duong - Sapa | (B, L, D) |
| Depart
for Sa Pa, highlight of North Viet Nam, via Tam Duong belong to Lai
Chau town.
On the way, through O Qui Ho Pass, it is 2,000m above the sea level.
This wild mountain pass is nearly 50km long encompassing two-thirds of
Tam Duong district, one-third of Sapa, it is also considered the border
between Lao cai and Lai Chau.
On arrival, visit Bac waterfall in Sa Pa. O/N in Sapa. |

breakfast, discover Sa Pa town, it has four seasons per day, the
morning and the afternoon are spring and autumn, the noon is summer,

H’mong, Dao people, Visit mountain Ham Rong. Take a waking around the

| In
the early morning, leave Sa Pa for Bac Ha, it is away from Sa Pa around
80km.
Visit Bac Ha market, it is the biggest market of the Mountain Area.
(It’s Can Cau market on Saturday or Bac Ha Market on sun day) Visit and
discover local people life of ethnic groups H’mong and Daos people.

the morning, depart for Ba Be Lake, located in Bac Can province. Drive
through Pho Rang, Bac Quang, Chiem Hoa (situated in Tuyen Quang
province), have a short stop for take some photographs and visit the
villages of H’mong, Dzao, Tay, Nung...
Arrive in Ba Be in the afternoon, check-in hotel, take a rest and have

| Ba
Be Lake have a water area around 500ha, spreading over 8km, as biggest
natural water lake in Viet Nam, situated in Cho Ra-Ba Be-Cho Don, Bac
Can province.
In the morning, take a 3 hour boat trip visit Ba Be Lake, surrounded by
the grandiosity of limestone mountains and thick forest, enjoy the
spectacular landscape in Ba Be.
Continue to visit Dau Dang Cascade, Poung Cave. O/N in Ba Be. |

| Drive
to Cao Bang by the Jeep. Cao Bang province is situated in the southeast
of the North part.
Arrive in Cao Bang, visit Pac Bo cave where the first president of
Socialist Republic Viet Nam, Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. Return to
Cao Bang. O/N in Cao Bang. |

the morning, enjoy ecological tourism, Ban Gioc waterfall, it is at the

| After breakfast, leave Cao Bang for Lang Son in the early morning.
You will cross Dong Khe and That khe.
Stopover in Lang Son province for visit of Tam Thanh Grotto and To Thi Mountain then continue to go to Ha Long.

Explore Ha Long Bay’s magic caves and limestone formation by boat. Lunch and dinner with fresh food are served on board.

the early morning, after breakfast visit Bai Tu Long. you will be very

smooth sands banks, sea water is deep blue and very clear like crystal.
Disembark and leave Ha Long for Ninh Binh via Hai Phong and Thai Binh
province. Arrive in Ninh Binh, visit Hoa Lu, it is the ancient capital
of Viet Nam under the Dinh Dynasty between 968 and 980 AD. O/N in Ninh Binh. |

breakfast, visit Kenh Ga Hot Water Stream which located in the Kenh Ga
Village.
Take a boat trip to Kenh Ga stream, this natural hot water stream uses
for relaxation and self-treatment.
Then continue to visit Van long, is called “Ha Long on land”, it
gathered 32 grottos with numerous natural stalactites.
Return to Ha Noi. Take a rest, then enjoy water puppets show in the
evening after have a dinner with the typical dishes of HaNoinese. O/N in Ha Noi. |
