VIETNAM MANDARIN ROAD TOUR
Day 1: Arrival - HANOI (-/-/-)
Arrive Noi Bai Airport. Transfer to hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2: HANOI (B/-/-)
The morning, we start the city tour of Hanoi by visiting Ho Chi Minh
Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Wednesday and the whole November), Tran
Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple. Then continue to visit the Temple of
Literature well known as Vietnam’s first university.
In the afternoon, after we take the visit to the Ethnologic Museum and
the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with its sacred Ngoc Son Temple, we have
a short walk in the old quarter streets to do shopping.
Evening: Water puppets show, the unique Vietnam traditional art.

DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to Halong Bay.
On arrival at 12h30, we embark on a cruise to visit Ha Long Bay, listed
as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. This
picturesque “Dragon descending to the sea” Bay has 1,969 limestone
islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes.
A fantastic cruise in Ha Long bay, visit Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island, Sail island, visit Sung Sot cave.
Paddle from Titov beach to Luon Cave. Enjoy dinner on board
Optional night paddle.
Fishing, drinking Vietnamese wine, and spending a night on board.
Overnight on board.
DAY 4: HALONG BAY - HANOI (Br/-)
Today we continue to explore other side of Halong Bay.
A brunch is served on board.
11h30: Pick up and transfer back to Hanoi with stopover at Dong Trieu Ceramic village.

Day 5: HANOI - HUE (B/-/-)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to
Hue. Upon arrival we visit the Imperial Citadel. And then we enjoy a
boat trip on the Perfumes River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Time for
trolling in Dong Ba market before transfer to hotel.
O/N in Hue.
Day 6: HUE - DANANG - HOIAN (B/-/-)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to visit Tu Duc Royal Mausoleum.
Then transfer to Hoian. The scenic 4-hour drive via Hai Van Pass offers
spectacular views of mountains, the sea, idyllic beaches and villages
(we can choose the shorter way by driving through the tunnel).
Visit to Cham Museum & Marble Mountains with its beautiful grottoes and temples before arriving in Hoian.

Day 7: HOIAN (B/-/-)
We take a morning visit to Hoi An, which was originally one of major
trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Visit of Hoi An
Town with its low tiled houses of Chinese appearance, Japanese covered
bridge, brightly painted temples and pagodas make it one of Vietnam's
most delightful places.
Afternoon: free time at leisure on the beach or shopping.

DAY 8: HOIAN - QUI NHON (B/-/-)
Overland to Qui Nhon with sightseeing enroute, visit garden of Statues to memorize the geniuses in medical field.
O/N in Qui Nhon
DAY 9: QUI NHON - NHATRANG (B/-/-)
Drive to Nha Trang. Afternoon arrive Nha Trang, check in seaside hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
O/N in Nha Trang.
DAY 10: NHA TRANG (B/-/-)
Boat tour to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium, fishing village and Tam
Island. Afternoon visit the Po Nagar Cham Tower, Chong Promontory and
Oceanographic Institute.
O/N in Nha Trang.
DAY 11: NHA TRANG - DALAT (B/-/-)
Drive to Dalat city, 1500 m above the sea level. Refresh with a
little bit cool of the highland city, which was known as “A little
Paris” or “a flower city”. Visit the Tuyen Lam Lake, King Bao Dai’s
summer palace, city flower garden and Dalat Market, one of the most
beautiful markets in the highland with a wide array of flowers, fruits
and vegetables.
DAY 12: DALAT - HO CHI MINH (B/-/-)
Morning drive to Ho Chi Minh City, visit Bongua Waterfall and
Chicken Village (K'hor ethnic minority) on the way. Arrive Ho Chi Minh,
check in hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
city.
DAY 13: HO CHI MINH CITY (B/-/-)
Excursion to visit Cu Chi underground tunnels, the network system
of more than 200km tunnels, operated effectively during the war time by
Vietnamese guerillas. Afternoon city tour of Saigon include the
Reunification Hall or Former Presidential Palace, and bustling China
Town and Thien Hau Pagoda, where the Chinese Vietnamese workship their
Goddes of Mercy.
Day 14: FULL DAY TO MY THO + BEN TRE (B/L/-)
In the morning, transfer to My Tho, take a boat trip downstream to
Ben Tre, where you have the opportunity to discover the local people
life in Mekong Delta with coconut candy mill, fruit gardens followed by
fruit tasting, rice paper mill... Biking or transfer by horse carriage
on village road. Lunch at a local restaurant on island with local
specialty of "Deep fried Elephant - Eared fish". Drive back to Ho Chi
Minh City.
O/N in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 15: HO CHI MINH CITY - Departure (B/-/-)
At leisure until transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure flight (check out hotel before 12h00).
