Day 1 Wildlotus Adventures will warmly welcome you at the airport and escort you to the Park Hyatt hotel, the finest in the city.
Day 2 A day in Ho Chi Minh City to explore this ‘Paris of the Orient’, with it’s elegant boutiques, fascinating museums, cozy cafes and fine dining. Overnight in Park Hyatt Hotel.
Day 3 From the tropical heat of the city journey to the cool climes of Dalat in the central highlands. Experience the passage of time as you explore this unusual town and relax in a restored French colonial villa.
Day 4 A la carte excursions; a 4WD adventure through pine forests in the shadow of Mount Langbian; a day golfing, rambling or gentle biking. Overnight in French villa.
Day 5 On to Nha Trang, Vietnam’s premier beach destination, with its small archipelago of pretty islands and stunning sandy shoreline. Enjoy your stay at the five star Evason hideaway and spa.
Day 6 At day at leisure or if you are feeling energetic, our Wildlotus guide will escort you on a cruise to snorkel or dive; or for land lubbers there’s mud bathing, hot springs, shopping or cultural sightseeing to discover.
Day 7 Fly north to Danang, once an important military base for the Americans. Overnight in Nam Hai Resort, Vietnam’s newest and most ‘talked about’ top hotels.
Day 8 Day excursion along the coast to Hoi An, a UNESCO world heritage site with its laid back ambiance, historic buildings and myriad of cultures. Overnight in the Nam Hai Resort.
Day 9 The adventure continues as you drive to Hue, former Imperial city of Vietnam, crossing the Hai Van Pass and along the white sandy, palm fringed coastal road. Enjoy the stunning scenery and have picnic lunch on a secluded beach. Overnight in La Residence hotel.
Day 10 Hue is a place of great beauty, with the magical perfume river flowing through it. Cruise the gentle flowing river and explore ancient tombs and pagodas that line its bank. Overnight in La Residence hotel.
Day 11 Arrive in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. It is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in South East Asia. Check into the 100 year old Sofitel Metropole hotel.
Day 12 Grande Finale and climax of the journey so far, a cruise on the emerald waters of Halong bay aboard a new five star traditional style junk, the Bhaya, inspired by the majestic luxury of the ships used by Vietnam's Imperial Emperors. Overnight on board.
Day 13 Continue cruising through the Bay returning to Hanoi in the afternoon. Overnight in the Sofitel Metropole hotel.
Day 14 Wildlotus Adventures will escort you to the airport for your onward journey.
