(Hon Tre in Vietnamese) is located the bay of Nha Trang at only 15 minutes in boat. Accessible since the landing stage located at the south from the municipal beach, this island, largest of bay of Nha Trang, unexploited until 2004 (there was not whereas some straw huts of fishermen), from now on a hotel shelters 5 stars (Sofitel Vinpearl resort & Spa). At the time of the construction of this complex of 500 rooms nested in a split of the north of the island, a landing stage, pontoons and road were built and other hotels would have in the long term, being batis on the island as well as a golf. Since the beginning of 2007, the island is connected to the continent by a system of cable car, in complement of the shuttles of ferries and teaux Ba rapids. Not only to serve the hotel but especially to transport the tourists to Vinpearl Land: single attraction in Vietnam, this park of recreation is composed of horse-gears (the made-to-order of the large amusement parks) as well as “toilets park”. To supplement the whole, a whole of shops and a reconstituted traditional village are with the program. However, for the moment, the place remains in major part in its natural and wild state. It should be noted that many beaches which border the island are completely virgin and accessible by boat, the occasion of a pleasant excursion loins of crowd (possibility of renting a starting boat of Cau Da)
