HCMC Labour Culture Palace (Tim Doling)

Originally established in 1866 by the French as the Cercle sportif Saigonnais, this historic cultural and sports centre is now managed by the Labour Trades Union of Hồ Chí Minh City (Liên đoàn Lao động Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh). Its studio spaces house a range of different culture and arts clubs and societies.
