It is located 60 kilometres far from Cao Bang Township to the north-western and at the distance of one kilometer from the frontier between Vietnam and China. At this relics commune, there is a grotto named Pac Po where the President Ho Chi Minh used to live and work from the day he came back to the country, February 2nd 1941 to August 1942. Staying near the cave are the rocky mountain Karl Mark and Lenin Spring. Going further one kilometer, people can see the sack Khuoi Nam at which the Conference VIII of the central committee of the Indochinese Communist Party, presided by Ho Chi Minh (from 10 - 19/05/1641). Pac Po then became a famous place and also a sacred relic of Vietnam's Resolution. With very beauty spots full of mountains and water, Pac Po has been a destination for many tourists passing Cao Bang.
