Information

Located in Bang Lao Commune, Tuan Giao district, the cave is an ancient and untouched natural site.

The cave is extremely large as well as deep, with a height of 100 meters ad with many small crevices and tunnels. In the middle of the cave, stands a big stone as even and flat as a large table. Hanging down from the cave wall are stalactites in various figures of dragons, lions, phoenixes, elephants.

Tham Bang is not only a cave of natural beauty but also a place where stone axes, pestles and animal fossils have been found. The cave was classified amongst historical vestiges ad is becoming an attractive place for tourism.
