The lake water reservoir is located in Muong Phang Commune, 10km from Dien Bien township.

With a 600 hectares large surface, Pa Khoang has a charming scenery of pretty house-on-stilts mirrored in the transparent water, with some single small boats gliding slowly across it.

Pa Khoang Water Reservoir is a tour spot in Lai Chau province that has favorable conditions for a combination of ecotourism, outdoors and sports activities.
