09 15: Meet at hotel lobby
09 30: Set off to local market where Mekong Delta season fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices are introduced.
11 15: Return to hotel, small break for relaxing and refreshing.
11 45: Welcome to the main kitchen and procedd to prepare the cooking session with an introduction to the different Vietnamese cooking styles.Introduction by the Vietnames chaf and explanation of the dishes that will be prepared
12 00: Create the dishes together with the kitchen team
13 30: Sit down at the kithcen VIP table and enjoy the self-prepared lunch.
