becoming a city of tourism with great number of tourists every year.

of Ninh Binh is goat meat in Tam Diep (Tam Điệp). Most of restaurants
in the city have dishes made of goat meat in their menu such as rare
goat meat mixed with lemon (dê tái chanh), stir-fried goat meat (dê tái
lăn), steam goat meat, grilled goat brisket, goat hotpot, etc
especially goat meat enjoyed with burned rice is popularly chosen by
tourists.

in Ninh Binh is diversified in many ways. Tran Hung Dao (Trần Hưng Đạo)
street offers a famous delicious stir-fried vermicelli with eal meat
which is not expensive and enjoyed by a large number of tourists.
Alternatively, tourist may enjoy their breakfast with rice noodle with
grilled chopped meat at Tam Giac T-junction, steamed/rolled rice
pancake at Bop (Bóp) market, noodles with beef and pig's feet at May
Xay (Máy Xay) lake.
Being much famous
in Tam (Tám) street is area of noshes such as ice-cream, soft drinks,
cakes, etc. Tam street is much cool, good for wandering at noon.
On
the other hand, tourists may have beer and other refreshers at May Xay
lake in combination with Yen Mac (Yên Mạc) fermented pork roll, grilled
snappers at night, have supper in Le Dai Hanh (Lê Đại Hành) street with
chicken soup or lakeside hotpot.
